Postpaid Services

Since services have already been provided, No refund will be issued for postpaid services.

Prepaid services

If you have made payment before using services and you are not satisfied with our services then you can cancel it and claim refund with in 7 days of payment. No refund will be issued if you have claimed refund after 7 days of payment.

Refund process

A User may submit a claim for a refund for a purchase made, by contacting us on refunds@studentsgraph.com and providing a clear and specific reason for the refund request, including the exact terms that have been violated, along with any proof, if required. Whether a refund will be provided will be determined by us, and we may ask for additional details before approving any requests. Refund will be processed through NEFT tranfer to bank account which will be provided in refund request. Refund will take 5 to 7 working days after we approve the refund request.
